The shop was clean. The massage and hot towel was great.
Not impressed with my haircut. I had to ask to trim my goatee then this was THE FIRST time I was charged for that trimming not happy!!
The cut was ok at best. I gave a 5.00 tip which was far less then the usual $15.00 or more that I usually give. I was told that she could not print a receipt but yet the person that paid before me received a receipt, hmmm. Not happy!!
It appears that every time I come in there are ALWAYS different stylists. You must have a large percentage of turnover. I'm usually very happy when I leave, but the way Rhonda blew me off by telling me they will email my receipt was ot professional. Maybe it's time to find a better run Sports Clips.
I gave this visit a one star.

loved the cut, stylist worked with me to get me exactly how i wanted my hair styled.
when checking out i was asked what payment method, to which i stated cash, and was told my total was $25 dollars, i gave the stylist $40. i get home and open the email receipt to find my total was only $20. do with this knowledge what you please. ill be choosing a different stylist next time.
