Your website to check in is horrible. It's not user friendly or intuitive. I have tried using your app since it came out and to this day, I have been unsuccessful at booking an appointment online ahead of time. Today was no exception as I was hoping that you had retooled this website to be more user friendly and intuitive. When I tell stylists the issues I have had each time I try to use it they all say the same thing.............everyone has problems with it. Please fix this. Your website gets 0.5 stars.

For the last year or so I had to try several different places for a haircut but for one reason or another never found a place that I would go back to. Even got desperate and tried to cut it myself. Bad idea.
Today I decided to try SportClips at store FL206 in Winter Springs and was not disappointed. Great atmosphere and a great hair cut experience. I highly recommend this place and have already told some friends about it.
